In a campaign in which they have topped the Premier League for months, equalled the record of 13 successive victories and booked their place in the FA Cup Final, it is hard to bet against them moving potentially a step closer to the title.
Southampton should put up a fight and have been able to rest for 10 days but the Blues, with Eden Hazard, Diego Costa and, possibly, Gary Cahill set to return to the starting line-up, should be too strong.

Arsenal vs Leicester City (April 27, 02:45 GMT+8)
The fact Arsenal have reached the FA Cup Final has saved their season – for now at least.
The fact they knocked out Manchester City was down to some poor officiating but also some resilience and spirit, words not often associated with the Gunners in recent years.
And so the spirit in the club and the terraces will have been lifted enormously by the time Leicester arrive at the Emirates.
That will show and my 🌟🌟🌟 prediction is Asian Handicap -1.00 Arsenal @ 1.96.
Crystal Palace vs Tottenham Hotspur (April 27, 03:00 GMT+8)
What a month April has been for Crystal Palace.
Victories at Chelsea and Liverpool, not to mention a dominant success over Arsenal, mean the latest Sam Allardyce survival act has almost reached another successful climax.
The visit of Spurs may, Allardyce admits, see him rest some of his players ahead of a key weekend clash at home to Burnley.
For that reason, I expect Spurs to keep the title race alive with a spirit and desire that wasn’t quite enough to get them over the finishing line at Wembley.
