He said this during the awards ceremony: “I play my best in all events but the feeling I have here is impossible to describe and you can’t compare it.
“The nerves and adrenaline I feel on this court is impossible to compare. It’s the most important event in my career.”
Fans will now be looking forward to two things when the grass season begins. One is how the King of Clay will be able to handle the comforts of grass. Secondly, it will be intriguing to see how Roger Federer will play after opting out of the clay courts.
